Most KMH Innovations products are personalized or custom engraved. You acknowledge that variations in texture, tone, and engraving depth may occur due to natural material differences and laser processes.

Design Approval
For items requiring customer approval (such as proofs for custom engravings), production will not begin until the design is approved. Approval confirms the design is accurate and final.

Use of Customer Artwork
By submitting artwork, logos, or text, you confirm you have the legal right to use the material. KMH Innovations assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations.

Order Changes
Changes may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes are not guaranteed.

KMH Innovations is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to product use, delays, or engraving outcomes influenced by customer-provided files.
